Terms & Acceptable Use Policy

1) Service

SmartWaves provides internet access through hotspot and subscription services. Speeds and performance are best-effort and may vary with signal strength and network load.

2) Acceptable Use

• No illegal activities or prohibited content.
• No hacking, scanning, or attempts to access other devices or networks.
• No spamming, malware distribution, or abusive automated traffic.
• No activities that disrupt service for other users (e.g., heavy flooding).
• We may suspend access to protect the network and other users.

3) Fair Use & Limits

Packages may include time/data limits and speed policies. Excessive usage may be managed to maintain quality for all customers.

4) Payments

Payments are processed via MPESA. On successful payment, access is activated according to the selected plan. Keep your MPESA confirmation message as proof of payment.

5) Refunds

If you are charged but do not receive service, contact support immediately with your MPESA reference. Refunds or adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis after verification.

6) Privacy

We collect minimal information required to provide service (e.g., phone number for MPESA transactions and network identifiers for access control). See Privacy Policy.
